The Delhi Chapter of TiE, one of the biggest and most vibrant of the TiE chapters, has unique significance. It seeks to engage not only with entrepreneurs but also with policy makers in order to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship. It seeks to become the bridge that would connect Indian government and industry with successful Indian entrepreneurs across the world, many of whom are regarded as thought leaders.
The mission of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) is to foster
conscious entrepreneurship globally by Educating, Mentoring and Networking.
At the heart of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, TiE Delhi
plays the role of an ecosystem builder by bringing in multiple stakeholders and
values to align with the common goal to foster entrepreneurship.
It organizes many events globally. As February rolled in, TIE started with its
event: SMASH UP! 2015
Smashup! is inspired by the thought of giving startup
entrepreneurs the Centre stage in a platform that will converge different stakeholders
of the startup ecosystem in India. It is a giant mash up of creative energy,
product showcases, networking opportunities and insightful agenda which cover
all startup issues.
The smash up atmosphere and format encourages startups to
bond in an informal, open and interactive culture that enables them to share,
collaborate, help them learn from experience and create new ideas.

Work Advantage rocked at this year’s Tie-Smashup! We had
taken our own booth to showcase our product, pamphlets and partners. Having
your own stall at such a fantastic platform has its own advantages of grabbing
a lot of corporate and investor attention. The company, the concept and the
partners in general received a lot of compliments from everyone. Work Advantage
